The young kit sat with his small ashen tail curled slightly to his paws. He watched his brother and sister ran off calling him to join them in their game. His ears flicked slightly thinking as they were playing somewhat close to the river. 'Hmm...what could happen. We could end up in the river...Or bumping into someone' he muttered under his breath noticing they were near the dens also before standing up slowly coming over. He however sat down a fox length away from the running pair. He thought it could result in them going into the river or bumping into someone. His sister, Streamkit, came up to him grinning. She spoke lowering down slightly looking as though she's about to pounce on him. "What's the matter? Scared your going to get hurt?" she teased playfully. Drizzlekit shook his head and replied in a dull tone. "No. I just don't want this to end up with one of us in the river." he flicked the tip of his tail upwards. "Anyways I'm not scared of you." He said a small smile threating to take over his neutral expression. He sat up pushing out his chest trying to look taller then her. His brother, Newtkit, came other slowly to the side of their sister. "What's going on? Aren't we playing anymore. To bad I would have won." He said smirking lifting his head up in what to him was a great victory.

The young kits sapphire gaze swept the clearing as a small sigh emitted from his chest, yet he still held his cranium and banner high, despite his boredom. His paws itched to leave the Camp behind and follow the dusk patrol, then he'd have another way to prove he's as good as them! His audits twitched and he got to his small, dark-grey paws, tail briefly swishing the air before he began padding out from under the entrance of the nursery. He shook his pelt as tiny rain-drops soaked into it, his fur bristling in an attempt to drive the cold from his limbs. He blinked his lumanaries a few times to get the drops from his lashes before dashing off, maw open to breathe in the warm scents of fresh-kill. He stooped as he approached the pile, picking up a thrush between his jaws and returning the way he came, sitting half-in-half-out of the shelter of the den as he devoured it in quick, bites before swiping his pink tongue around his maw. His chest heaved and he rolled onto his back, intense blue optics turning to silverpelt, and he didn't re-enter the nursery until he heard his mothers command to do so, briefly rolling his orbs, feeling the moss beneath his pads as his figure vanished inside.
